Do you have Car Parking?
We have nearly 60 FREE car parking spaces at the front and side of the Hotel. These are available for guests only on a first come, first served basis. We are unable to reserve these spaces.
Several council and private car parks are available within a short walk of the Hotel.
Is WiFi Available?
WiFi is available throughout most of the ground floor and some of the First Floor. Ask at reception for details.
What time is Breakfast served?
Breakfast is served everyday from 8am to 9.30am
What time is Evening Meal served?
Evening Meal is served every day at 5.30pm. We ask for 24 hours notice if you wish to join us for Evening Meal.
Do you sell Travel Tickets?
We don’t sell travel tickets in the Hotel, but these are available from all trams and buses. We have a tram stop right outside the Hotel. Browse to Visit Blackpool for more info.
Are pets allowed?
In the past we have welcomed small dogs, hamsters and birds to the Hotel. It is important to check first with us on 01253 346348 to arrange prior to booking.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes we do. We are very well equipped for wheelchair and disability access, offering both ground floor rooms as well as rooms on other floors adjacent to our 3 lifts. Several rooms have larger bathrooms with disabled facilities. Please ask for details when you book.
Can I charge a disability scooter?
Yes, we have dedicated indoor power points for the charging of disability scooters during your stay with us.
Are children allowed in the Bar?
Yes, we welcome children in the Lounge Bar up until 9pm. Our dedicated Games/TV room is adjacent to the bar and children are welcome in there until close.
How do I pay?
We normally take a deposit of £25 per adult at time of booking by debit or credit card. The balance is payable on day of arrival.
Can you cope with special dietary requirements?
We certainly can. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements prior to your arrival.
